The summer transfer window is hotting up, despite a host of players still being in Germany for Euro 2024. Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal are all plotting rebuilds over the coming months, and they could be set to kickstart their spending sprees very shortly.

With Erik ten Hag retaining the faith of Sir Jim Ratcliffe, United have now turned their attention to acquiring the services of a forward and a centre-back. However, they could find themselves in the market for a left-winger too amid interest from Paris Saint-Germain in Marcus Rashford.

Chelsea are also hoping to bring in reinforcements at both ends of the pitch, though Enzo Maresca appears to be prioritising signing a midfielder too. The Blues are in contact with Leicester City over a move for Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, despite the player being in Brighton ahead of his medical with Fabian Hurzeler’s side.

Liverpool lead the race for Wolves star

Liverpool are leading the race to sign Wolves defender Rayan Ait Nouri, according to reports in Algeria.

Newcastle star hints at departure

Callum Wilson has fuelled speculation about his Newcastle future by posting a cryptic message on his Instagram.

The forward has been heavily linked with a move away from St James’ Park this summer, with clubs in Italy and Saudi Arabia interested in acquiring his services.

It is unclear whether Wilson would be willing to leave the Premier League at this stage, though he does appear to be aware of the speculation.

In a message on his Instagram story, the England international posted: “Growing sometimes means leaving people behind.”

Arsenal and United conduct Euro 2024 scouting mission

Scouts from Manchester United and Arsenal have been watching Ferdi Kadioglu at Euro 2024, according to reports in Turkey.

The defender has impressed in Germany, helping Turkey reach the last 16 of the competition with his stellar displays in left-back.

Kadioglu has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League previously and his recent performances will have put him on the radar of numerous clubs, with Fenerbahce now expecting approaches from around Europe.

Tottenham ‘confident’ of winning the race for Eze

Tottenham are set to push to strike a deal with Crystal Palace for Eberechi Eze once Euro 2024 has concluded, reports The Times.

The 25-year-old has a £60million release clause in his contract at Selhurst Park which has caught the attention of several top Premier League clubs.

Chelsea considering hijacking Brighton deal

Chelsea are weighing up whether to hijack Brighton’s move for Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, reports Fabrizio Romano.

The midfielder was set to be part of a player-plus-cash swap deal which would see Brighton’s Jakub Moder head to the King Power Stadium.

Both players are now at their potential new clubs awaiting medicals, but Chelsea have now been in contact with Leicester to sound out their interest in Dewbury-Hall and the player has therefore been told to delay proceedings.

The Blues are now considering lodging a bid for the 25-year-old.

Arsenal to announce first signing ‘soon’

Arsenal are reportedly closing in on their first summer signing, Espanyol star Joan Garcia.

Reports in Spain claim that the goalkeeper will be unveiled as a Gunners player ‘soon’.

Garcia has been linked with a move to Real Madrid previously but Arsenal now appear to be closing in on the 23-year-old in a deal which is expected to allow Aaron Ramsdale to leave the club after falling down the pecking order last season.

Man Utd working on two new deals

According to Manchester Evening News, the Red Devils are keen to retain the services of the academy graduates, with their current contracts expiring next week.

Heaton, 38, and Evans, 36, are both said to be calm about the situation whilst negotiations are ongoing.
