Just over 24 hours of the summer transfer window remain, with clubs across the Premier League and beyond scrambling to get their deals over the line.

Manchester United are among the clubs expected to have a hectic end to the summer window, with at least one incoming – potentially more – on the way before Friday’s deadline.

Chelsea’s hunt for a striker looks to continue deep into the final hours of the window, while Arsenal too are still finalising their comings and goings.

Arsenal submit £17m hours after accepting Aaron Ramsdale deal

Arsenal have reportedly submitted a £17million offer for Espanyol goalkeeper Joan Garcia.

The Gunners are looking to add a back-up keeper to their roster after accepting an offer from Southampton for Aaron Ramsdale.

If signed, Garcia would become Arsenal’s third permanent goalkeeper signing of the window.

David Raya’s move from Brentford was made permanent earlier this summer, while youngster Tommy Setford also penned a move to the club.

Time running out for Chelsea to secure Osimhen deal

Time is ticking for Chelsea to secure a deal for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen.

It’s reported by Fabrizio Romano that the Blues are in talks with Osimhen’s camp about a move, but so far the two haven’t been able to agree on a salary.

It comes amid heavy interest from Saudi Arabia, but Osimhen’s priority is to stay in Europe.

Man Utd star set to join after Ugarte now undergoing medical

Sekou Kone has reportedly arrived in Manchester and is due to complete his medical for Manchester United.

The teenage sensation has been dubbed the ‘next Yaya Toure’ and will initially join the under-21 set-up while he adjusts to life in England.

Kone is expected to provide an option at holding midfield in the long term, but as for this season, Erik ten Hag will likely call upon Manuel Ugarte for that position.

The Paris Saint-Germain man is due to sign on the dotted line at United later today.

Arsenal close to completing latest deal in busy week of transfer action

Arsenal are closing in on completing a deal that will see Aaron Ramsdale leave the club for Premier League Southampton.

It’s reported a fee of £25million (add-ons included) has been agreed between the two parties, with a medical expected to happen before the end of the day.

But the base fee is only £18m, with the rest of the £25m figure made up of performance-related incentives.

One such clause is Southampton will pay Arsenal an extra £1m if they remain in the Premier League this season.

Raheem Sterling offer prepared amid Man Utd link

Manchester United are reportedly prepping Raheem Sterling’s contract offer, just in case the Red Devils strike up a late deal for the forward.

As per GIVEMESPORT, Sterling will be offered £150,000 per week by the record English champions.

A sharp decline on his current wages at Chelsea, it’s also claimed Sterling will have to settle for a squad role at the club as well.

Sterling, who has played for both Manchester City and Liverpool, emerged as a shock target for United earlier this week.
