The end of the Premier League season is just around the corner, which means it will not be long until the summer transfer window opens for business. Clubs up and down the country will be finalising their recruitment plans for what promises to be another summer full of gossip and plenty of exciting deals.

Liverpool are expected to be active players in the market as incoming boss Arne Slot prepares to take over from Jurgen Klopp. Arsenal, meanwhile, will be hoping for another productive summer window after signing the likes of Declan Rice, David Raya and Kai Havertz last time around.

Manchester United have also been tipped to spend heavily, with Sir Jim Ratcliffe targeting some high-quality additions to lift the Red Devils out of their current rut. It could be a similar story at Chelsea, who have splashed more cash on players than any other Premier League club in the last few seasons.

Man Utd make decision on Mason Greenwood swap deal

Manchester United are reluctant to accept a swap offer from Barcelona for the services of Mason Greenwood, according to HITC.

Greenwood has been tipped to leave Old Trafford permanently in the summer and Barcelona are said to be keen on snapping him up.

The Catalan giants have been tipped to make a player-plus-cash offer for Greenwood but United would reportedly prefer to negotiate a straight sale.

Arsenal chief Edu planning to sell seven players

Arsenal director Edu is willing to listen to offers for seven first-team players when the bidding opens next month.

That’s according to The Mirror, who are reporting that Arsenal are looking to supplement their transfer budget with a handful of notable departures.

Bids will be considered for Aaron Ramsdale, Eddie Nketiah, Emile Smith Rowe, Kieran Tierney, Nuno Tavares, Albert Sambi Lokonga and Reiss Nelson.

Cedric Soares, Mohamed Elneny and Arthur Okonkwo will also leave the Emirates Stadium when their contracts expire in June.

Liverpool linked with surprise Anthony Gordon move

Liverpool are weighing up a surprise move for Newcastle winger and former Everton starlet Anthony Gordon, according to the Daily Star.

The Reds have reportedly added Gordon to their list of targets as they prepare for life without Jurgen Klopp next season.

Any move will certainly not come cheap, though, with Newcastle said to be demanding at least £100m to part ways with Gordon.

The 23-year-old, who came through Everton’s academy, was said to have been a Liverpool fan growing up.
