Stan Collymore predicts Graham Potter’s next destination – Celtic or Crystal Palace

Stan Collymore has stated that Graham Potter won’t replace new Tottenham Hotspur boss Ange Postecoglou at Celtic, and instead, he thinks he could take the Crystal Palace gig.
The London outfit put Roy Hodgson in charge until the end of the season after he returned to the club in March and it’s not yet known if he will continue beyond the summer.
But one team that is now looking for a new manager is Celtic, after Ange Postecoglou took the Tottenham gig, but Collymore made it clear on Twitter that Graham Potter won’t be heading to Scotland.
“Potter. No chance. He’ll either go to a settled Prem club with plenty to work with ( Palace),” said Collymore. “Or sit it out until sacking season starts and jump into a big, but underperforming top-half club.”

It was a brutal ending for the Englishman at Chelsea, because, after only seven months, he was booted out despite being hand-picked for the role.
Potter was doing wonders in the colours of Brighton, but he left to go to a higher level, only to watch his Chelsea side finish in the bottom-half of the Premier League table.
Has that taken the gloss off the attack-minded coach? Or do interested parties slightly ignore what happened at Stamford Bridge because it was a mess before and after he left?

Potter would be a top appointment by Palace or Celtic
Yes, you have to take into account what happened with Potter at Stamford Bridge, but you also need to be fair and judge him on his previous jobs in management.
Up until Chelsea, everything was going smoothly for him and it shouldn’t take away from the fact that he is still a top, top coach.
Saying that, if either Celtic or Crystal Palace got the chance to bring him in as their new manager, then it would be a quality appointment.
