Report: Club identify Tottenham’s Sergio Reguilon as potential transfer target – Spurs Web – Tottenham Hotspur Football News

Takvim have claimed that Galatarasay hold an interest in signing Tottenham left-back Sergio Reguilon.
Ange Postecoglou is expected to oversee a mass clear-out at Tottenham this summer as he goes about reshaping the squad ahead of his first season in charge, with Reguilon reportedly one of the names that the North Londoners are ready to move on (Telegraph).

The Spaniard has endured a series of injury problems over the last 18 months that have set his career back considerably and he is coming off a season on loan at Atletico Madrid where he played just a total of 317 minutes across 12 appearances (Transfermarkt).
Galatasaray have Reguilon on list of five left-backs
Takvim have now claimed that Galatarasay are keen to strengthen at left-back before the start of the new season and have identified Reguilon as one of their options.
However, the publication makes it clear that the Spurs star is by no means the only player on their wishlist, with the club also eyeing moves for the likes of RB Leipzig’s Angelino, Barcelona’s Jordi Alba, Juventus’ Alex Sandro and Manchester United’s Alex Telles.
The report adds that ‘talks will be held’ for all of the aforementioned players by the Turkish giants over the coming weeks.
Spurs Web Opinion
Tottenham will be happy to remove Reguilon from their wage bill.
I doubt that the club will ask for a big fee for the left-back.
My worry is that the Spaniard’s injury record might put off interested clubs from pursuing a deal.
Spurs might have to settle for loaning out the 26-year-old again with an option to buy.
