Report: £200,000-a-week Chelsea player struggling to find another Premier League club

Chelsea attacker Christian Pulisic is reportedly struggling to find another club in the Premier League.

According to The Daily Mail, Chelsea are ready to sell Christian Pulisic in the summer transfer window.

The USA international attacker would ideally want to stay in the Premier League, but he is struggling to find another club in England who would match his £200,000-a-week salary at Chelsea, according to the report.

What should Chelsea do about Christian Pulisic?

In our view, Chelsea should not rush into selling Christian Pulisic in the summer transfer window.

Now, of course, the American star himself may not want to stay, but if he is not pushing for a move away, then Chelsea should let him at least work in pre-season with new head coach Mauricio Pochettino.

Although Pulisic has not been at his best at Chelsea, he is only 24 at the moment and could get better in the coming years.

After all, the American, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, did extremely well at Borussia Dortmund.

It is also highly unlikely that Pulisic will want to take a pay-cut and leave Chelsea.

There is also the small matter of Chelsea having paid £57.6 million to sign the American, and they may not be able to get that much for him now.

Pulisic has made 98 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career, scoring 20 goals and giving nine assists in the process.
