Tommy Reffell will start for Wales in the second Test of their summer tour of Australia.
The Leicester Tigers flanker makes his 20th senior international appearance against the Wallabies in Melbourne.
Wales were narrowly defeated in the tour opener, 25-16 in Sydney, and will be searching for victory in the final match-up against the Australians before facing Super Rugby side Queensland Reds in the final game of the tour next weekend.
