Official: Updated Champions League group stage implications as Juventus stripped of 10 points in wake of capital gains scandal

Italian giants Juventus have once again felt the sting of their own malice as La Vecchia Signora have been docked ten points in the wake of a verdict passed down by the Federal Court of Appeal regarding capital gains.

As reported by football insider Fabrizio Romano and other sources, the ten points deducted from the club’s current total of 69-points, after having their points restored after an initial deduction earlier this season, would see the club fall out of the top four and into seventh while sitting five points adrift of bitter rivals AC Milan who would take command of the final remaining CL place.
