Manchester City have a chance to continue their remarkable unbeaten run in Saturday’s FA Cup final against Manchester United.
Only Nottingham Forest’s run of 40 games unbeaten in 1978 under Brian Clough is longer than Manchester City’s current run of 35.
With City’s exit in the Champions League to Real Madrid coming on penalties after the game ended in a draw, they have not lost since Wednesday, 6 December 2023 at Aston Villa in the Premier League.
