Manchester United are reportedly willing to sell as many as six players following the exit of Mason Greenwood, while Antony will be allowed to leave Old Trafford on loan. Greenwood left the Red Devils to join Marseille on a permanent deal earlier this week for a reported fee of £26.7million.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe is reportedly looking to trim Erik ten Hag’s squad to make room for new arrivals before the Premier League campaign gets underway, As such, United are prepared to listen to offers for as many as six senior players, according to ESPN.

It is said that Casemiro, Scott McTominay, Christian Eriksen, Harry Maguire, Victor Lindelof and Aaron Wan-Bissaka will all be allowed to leave for the right price. Casemiro was heavily criticised for his midfield displays last season and is reportedly among the United players on the market.

McTominay is thought to be attracting interest from elsewhere in the Premier League, with Tottenham and Fulham said to be weighing up bids. Wan-Bissaka, meanwhile, has reportedly been the subject of an approach from West Ham but financial terms are yet to be agreed.

United are also trying to sell Lindelof, with the Sweden international said to have been deemed surplus to requirements by those in power at Old Trafford. It remains to be seen where Maguire and Eriksen could go but it seems any suitable offers will be considered by the Red Devils.

The report adds that Antony will be allowed to leave on loan if an interested club is willing to match his salary of around £70,000 per week. The Brazilian winger has failed to impress since joining United from Ajax two years ago, with his future at Old Trafford seemingly in the balance.

United have already raised upwards of £40m by selling Greenwood, Alvaro Fernandez, Donny van de Beek and Willy Kambwala this summer. They have spent £88.5m on new arrivals, with teenage defender Leny Yoro following Joshua Zirkzee to Manchester earlier this week.

Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Manuel Ugarte could reportedly be next through the door, with personal terms already said to have been agreed. The Uruguay international is thought to be open to joining United in spite of their failure to qualify for next season’s Champions League.
