Manchester United have reached an agreement with Joshua Zirkzee’s representatives, and the Bologna striker is ready to join the club this summer, according to reports. The Red Devils are edging closer to the first signing of Sir Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS’ reign over football operations in one of three priority positions.

United reportedly plan to recruit a new centre-back, central midfielder and striker ahead of Erik ten Hag’s third season in charge.

And they look set to imminently seal their chosen candidate to fill the latter position once Zirkzee concludes his involvement at Euro 2024.
