‘He’s not a good signing’: Ally McCoist reacts after hearing who Todd Boehly reportedly wants at Chelsea

Ally McCoist doesn’t think Paris Saint-Germain’s Neymar would be a good signing for any of the Premier League’s top clubs, including Chelsea.
Neymar, who’s now 31, could be set for a move away from the Parc des Princes at the end of the season.
90min claimed earlier this month that PSG are open to selling Neymar this summer and may ask for at least £75million to allow his transfer exit. They add the player’s agents have been in discussions with Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United to update them on their client, too.
In addition, ESPN recently said that Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly would like to sign Neymar and bring him to Stamford Bridge.

TalkSPORT pundit McCoist has been asked whether Neymar would be a good addition for a Premier League side.
“He’s not a good signing for Man United. He’s not a good signing for Chelsea. He’s not a good signing for Newcastle. You can forget about him going Arsenal or Man City,” he told talkSPORT.

It’s obvious that Neymar continues to be a special talent, scoring 18 goals and making 17 assists in 29 PSG appearances across all competitions this season.
However, the skilful attacker comes with an enormous salary and he’s never played Premier League football before in his career.
We agree that Neymar isn’t the right fit for Chelsea right now.
The Blues do already own so many different wide players that they can invest in moving forward.
In contrast, Chelsea are crying out for a new goalkeeper and striker when they are searching the transfer market this summer for new faces.
