Arsenal secured a pre-season victory over Manchester United in Los Angeles, with goals from Gabriel Jesus and Gabriel Martinelli sealing the win at California’s impressive SoFi Stadium.

However, the match didn’t end there as a penalty shoot-out was hastily arranged, which saw United triumph 4-3.

Kai Havertz and Jakub Kiwior missed their penalties for Arsenal, as did United’s Ethan Wheatley.

Goalkeeper Andre Onana took centre stage with his antics during the shootout, attempting to distract the Arsenal players.

Fabio Vieira was the first to face Onana’s tactics but managed to score regardless.

Gabriel Magalhaes also scored for Arsenal, despite Onana’s attempts to put him off.

The United shot stopper tried to distract Gabriel by pointing in one direction but he dived the wrong way.

After the back of the net rippled, Gabriel got his revenge by pointing where the ball went – right past Onana.

The Cameroonian goalkeeper did manage to save one penalty, denying Germany forward Havertz.

Despite Kiwior’s missed opportunities, United still managed to secure a victory.

However, the match ended in Arsenal’s favour, marking a successful outing for the Gunners before they had to deal with Onana’s antics.
