Cristiano Ronaldo could reportedly face a hefty monthly payout should he ever break up with Georgina Rodriguez. The Portuguese football icon has been in a high-profile relationship with Rodriguez since 2016.

The glamorous couple are no strangers to the limelight, often flaunting their love life at public events and on various TV shows. Ronaldo, 39, has an estimated net worth of around £500 million due to his illustrious career with Manchester United, Real Madrid, Juventus and now Saudi Arabian team Al-Nassr.

Besides being the highest-paid athlete globally – earning £173m a year in Saudi Arabia – Ronaldo also earns millions more annually from his numerous sponsorship deals. However, he would have to say goodbye to a chunk of his massive income if he and Georgina were to split.

As per Portugal’s TV GUIA magazine, an agreement between the duo safeguards the footballer’s assets while ensuring his model partner – and mother of two of his children – would have financial stability if they separated.

In the event of a breakup, 30-year-old Georgina would receive a lifetime pension exceeding £85,000 a month. The publication suggests these terms were set following the birth of their first daughter – Alana Martina, reports the Mirror.

The contract specifies that Georgina would inherit Cristiano Ronaldo’s luxurious mansion in the exclusive La Finca area of Madrid in the event of a break-up. This 950-square-metre property, nestled within a lavish 4,000-square-metre estate in the posh Pozuelo district, was acquired by Ronaldo back in 2010 for a hefty €5m (£4.2m).

Although they haven’t tied the knot publicly, there are whispers suggesting Ronaldo and Rodriguez might be more than just boyfriend and girlfriend, adding an extra layer of complexity if the couple were ever to split.

Speculation was further fuelled by Ronaldo himself during a promotional clip for a fitness brand, where the Al-Nassr captain casually referred to Georgina as his wife while outlining his home exercise regime.

“When I’m not training at the club, I like to train with my wife at home,” he said instead of partner. “Because I can motivate her and she can motivate me too.”

Ronaldo is a father of five, including the two he shares with Rodriguez. His first son, Cristiano Jr., arrived in 2010 with the mother’s identity still unknown to the public. Seven years on, twins Mateo and Eva joined the family thanks to a surrogate mother.

Rodriguez and Ronaldo welcomed their own daughter, Alana Martina, in November 2017. The duo dealt with a tragedy in 2022 when they expected twins but tragically lost their baby boy.

Their youngest daughter’s birth was bittersweet, and the couple shared the devastating news in an official statement.
