Chelsea star Armando Broja insists he has offers from three different leagues with AC Milan leading the race to sign the striker. Broja could be sold by the Blues this summer as part of a renovation of Enzo Maresca’s squad.

The Albania international says he will discuss his future with his agent and family over the coming weeks. Broja is not short of options and says teams from three separate leagues have made offers.

Clubs in the Premier League, Bundesliga and Serie A have approached the 22-year-old. Italian outfit Milan are widely reported to be a strong contender to land the former Southampton and Fulham loanee, with advisor Zlatan Ibrahimovic playing a key role.

Asked what he would say to Ibrahimovic, Broja told RTV Klan: “I would tell him first of all that I am a big fan of his, I have always liked him as a player.

“Milan is a great club, second only to Real Madrid in history. I would tell him that I have to speak to the agent and the family, then I will tell him know.

“It’s true, I have offers from these three championships (Serie A, Bundesliga, Premier League). Staying at Chelsea, is it an option? I still have a contract with them that expires in many years.”

Broja is looking to kickstart his career after struggling for game time on loan at Fulham in the second half of last season. He failed to make a start for Chelsea’s West London rivals, with the in-form Rodrigo Munoz keeping him out of Marco Silva’s team.

A serious knee injury suffered in December 2022 has limited Broja’s impact at Chelsea. He returned at the start of last season but scored just one Premier League goal for the Blues before joining Fulham.

An influx of attacking talent has pushed Broja down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge. Nicolas Jackson was the first-choice striker last term, while the Blues are expected to sign another forward this summer. Broja also has interest from Everton.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are widely reported to have agreed a £30million deal with Leicester for midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall. The 25-year-old was key to Leicester’s Championship-winning campaign under Maresca last season, scoring 12 times and providing 14 assists in the second tier.

A separate deal for teenage midfielder Michael Golding to go in the opposite direction is being finalised, the Guardian reports.
