Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino urged Thiago Silva to relax more after the latter’s outburst.
The central defender, who is now 39, was annoyed with his teammates during a 0-0 draw with Bournemouth.
As the Blues languish in midtable, Pochettino feels that Silva should not be so harsh on his teammates during games.
The Argentine said: “We were talking with Thiago to be more relaxed because sometimes the defensive player wants to help the team to score and we need to be clever.
“Too many players are still learning about the game and that is constructing a new team and we need to improve.
“In these types of games when you are pushing, if you cannot win – you cannot lose.”
