Carlo Ancelotti identifies Tottenham talisman Harry Kane as leading summer target

Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti has set his sights on a summer swoop for a key member of the attacking ranks at Premier League outfit Tottenham Hotspur, according to reports.
The player in question? Harry Kane.
The future of hitman Kane, of course, has been thrown back up in the air ahead of next season.
This comes amid fresh claims that the England international could be ready to seek out a summer exit, on the back of another hugely underwhelming campaign for all involved with Spurs.

And the aforementioned Real Madrid, it would appear, are lying in wait, should such a development come to pass.
As per a report from Spanish outlet Diario AS, Blancos boss Carlo Ancelotti has earmarked Kane as the ideal addition to his squad, with a view to the 2023/24 campaign.
Amid an ongoing search for reinforcements up top, in a bid to take pressure off the shoulders of aging captain Karim Benzema, Real’s headmaster is understood to be unimpressed by the ‘low-cost’ options on the market.
Kane has therefore seen his name take its place atop the list of targets at the Santiago Bernabeu, ahead of what could prove one of the sagas of the summer.
