Brentford are reportedly eyeing strikers Armando Broja, Viktor Gyokeres and Habib Diallo from Chelsea, Coventry City and Strasbourg respectively. The Bees are in the hunt for attackers following Ivan Toney’s eight-month ban.

According to Simon Phillips (via Football.London), the London club have identified Broja as a potential target. He has spent the majority of this season out injured.

Brentford could see the 21-year-old as a useful long-term option at the Gtech Community if they were able to lure him away from Stamford Bridge. He has spent time away from the Blues at Vitesse and Southampton in the past to gain experience.

Thomas Frank’s side are said to be ‘ready’ to move for Gyokeres, despite it not being known what league Coventry will be in next term, as per a report by talkSPORT. The Sky Blues are in the Championship play-off final and will take on Luton Town at Wembley for a place in the top flight.

The 24-year-old, who is a Sweden international with 13 caps under his belt, has fired in 23 goals in this campaign and has managed five more than he did last year. His contract with his current club expires in June 2024.

Brentford are also being linked with Diallo at Strasbourg. Football Insider report that the London club are ‘looking’ to land the forward in the next transfer window after being alerted to his attention over in France.

The Senegal international has been with the Ligue 1 outfit since joining them in 2020, having previously played for Metz and Brest, and has since become one of their most prized assets. He has made 100 appearances in all competitions and has chipped in with 41 goals, 20 of which have come this season, but his club may face a battle to keep him amid interest from England.
