Manchester City will begin their search for a fifth straight Premier League title away to fellow big six rivals Chelsea.
It sees Pep Guardiola pitted against former assistant and new Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca on the opening day of the season.
The reigning champions return to the Etihad Stadium on the second weekend of the campaign for a meeting with Premier League newbies Ipswich Town.
But the standout fixture from City’s opening six is the visit of last season’s runner-up Arsenal in mid-September.
The Gunners finished two points behind City last time out, with the corresponding fixture at the Emirates Stadium coming in early February.
The first Manchester derby of the 2024/25 season also takes place at the Etihad in mid-December, with a trip to Old Trafford pencilled in for early April.
City will be hoping to be in the midst of another title challenge by the time that rolls around and the 10-time English champions have been handed a favourable run-in.
Aston Villa are the only team from last season’s top half scheduled to play City in the final six matches.
Guardiola’s last Premier League game as City manager – should he decide to leave next season – could come away at Fulham on May 25th 2025.
