4-3-3 Real Madrid predicted lineup vs Getafe- The 4th Official
Real Madrid will entertain Getafe at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium this Saturday as they look to secure a win at home in La Liga. Los Blancos managed to earn a 1-1 draw versus Manchester City in midweek in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League semi-final tie.
The Madrid giants are all but out of the La Liga title race. Hence, Carlo Ancelotti could name a weakened first XI for this home game and rest most of his star players with one eye on the second leg against Man City at the Etihad Stadium next week.
4-3-3 Real Madrid Predicted Lineup To Face Getafe
Andriy Lunin will operate in between the sticks for the Madrid outfit as Thibaut Courtois gets a well-deserved rest on the bench. Jesus Vallejo will get a chance to catch the eye alongside Nacho at the centre of Ancelotti’s defence as they look to keep the Getafe forwards frustrated throughout the 90 minutes.
Lucas Vazquez will get an opportunity to impress as the right-back while Alvaro Odriozola fills in on the other flank as the left-back. Both of them will get the license to get forward and express themselves in the Getafe half.
Antonio Rudiger will be rested on the bench as he offers cover for the defensive positions.
Dani Ceballos, Aurelien Tchouameni and Sergio Arribas will be asked to give a good account of themselves for Los Blancos at the centre of the park.
Ceballos has to carry most of the creative burden for Real Madrid in the opponent’s half. However, both Toni Kroos and Luka Modric will be available for selection on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the second half if needed.
Eden Hazard will operate as the left-sided wide player while Marco Asensio hopes to make a difference from the right flank.
Mariano Diaz could get a chance to lead the line for the Madrid giants on the offensive end of the field. He will be eager to catch the eye versus Getafe this weekend as Karim Benzema will probably be rested on the bench but might come on to make an impact in the latter stages of the contest if Ancelotti decides to call upon his services.
